We will keep in touch with you via email throughout the order process to let you know the status of your order. You will receive an email when you place your order, an additional email when your order has been processed, and a final email when it has been shipped and is on its way to you. If you’ve created an account with us, you can also check the status of your order online at any time by following the “my account” link.
In most cases, orders will be shipped within 2 business days.
We've worked hard to keep our shipping costs low so that Jonesy greetings can be enjoyed from coast to coast, both in Canada and the US.
Our shipping rates are based on product weight, and will be calculated and displayed to you before you complete the checkout process.
Canada Shipping:
You will never pay more than $7.00 for your Jonesy shipment within Canada, and for orders of $75 or more we'll ship for free!

US Shipping:
You will never pay more than $12.00 for your Jonesy US shipment, and for orders of $125 or more we'll ship for free!

Canadian tax rates are set according to the shipping destination, not the point of purchase.
Taxes are calculated automatically during checkout based on the shipping destination specified, and are displayed separately before you confirm and place your order.
Taxes are not charged on goods that are shipped outside of Canada. Any import duties and customs charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.
We want you to be happy with your Jonesy purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, your order may be returned if you contact us within 14 days. We will issue a complete refund to the same credit card it was purchased on, less the original shipping costs. In the case of items received as gifts, a store credit will be issued.
Please contact us at customerservice@jonesy.ca and let us know your order number and the items you would like to return. We will let you know the address to ship your order to, and issue you a return authorization number (RA Number) that is to be placed on the outside of your shipping packaging. Items must be received back at our location within 10 days of receiving your RA number.
Please note:
- We cannot accept returns without the return number (RA number) on the outside of the box.
- Items must be returned in unused condition. Refunds will not be issued for items showing signs of use.
- This return policy applies to Canadian residents only. At this time we cannot accept returns from US or International residents.
